 Captain’s Log: Stardate April 3 – April 19

April 3-5: The Easter Maneuver
Mission commenced with a 5K Easter Egg Hash. Success was absolute; data suggests making this an annual tradition, potentially adding a "Haunted Hash" variant. The crew also participated in the local ritual of the "Cherry Blossom and Canola Family Portrait" tradition to maintain cultural relationships.














April 6-10: Medical Briefing
Diagnostic scans confirm physical malfunctions in the Achilles and shoulder regions are not, in fact, early-onset rigor mortis. To preserve an active lifestyle, I have been prescribed "Electric Shockwave Therapy." Initial assessment: This is a tool of the devil.




















April 11-15: The Philippine Expedition
Deployed to Cebu and Bohol.
Cebu: Observed turtles and the "Sardine Run" at the ocean shelf drop-off. An unlisted jellyfish fleet engaged in hostilities; stings were manageable, though I maintained a tactical distance from the water thereafter.
Kanwaha Falls: Conducted high-intensity canyoneering (ziplining and cliff jumping). Highly effective for processing midlife existential dread.


































Bohol: Surveyed the Chocolate Hills, the historic Baclayon Church, and the Tarsier Reserve. The tiny primates are endangered but accounted for.




















April 16-19: Logistics Reset
Returned to base with minimal downtime. Repacking procedures are underway for the 7th Grade Mainland Field Trip.

The ongoing mission to explore strange new worlds has led to multiple away missions.  A fellow officer and I went on a reconnaissance mission to locate the infamous  "Secret Beach."    Tucked away on the perimeter of the island, nearly untouched by tourist starships, this hidden sector is a heavily guarded piece of intelligence.   Captain’s Log: Stardate 2026.03.06 – 2026.03.14 Location: Sector 25 (Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City) Status: Specialist Training / Diplomatic Mission The Red-Eye Transporter On March 6th, I plotted a course to Saigon to attend the ELLSA Conference (English Language Learning Specialists in Asia) at Saigon South International School . The mission began with a total statistical anomaly: I took a red-eye flight through Singapore and actually had an entire empty row to myself. In all my stardates of travel, I have rarely encountered such a luxurious spatial phenomenon. I documented the evidence immediately—it was the closest a civilian passenger comes to having private Captain’s Quarters. Captain’s Log, Stardate 2026.05.03-11: The Grade 7 Cadets Expedition

  Captain's Log, Stardate 2026.05.03 The away team has successfully completed its mission to the Buyeo and Gongju sectors of the Korean peninsula . All systems remain operational after three days of intensive historical reconnaissance with the 7th-grade cadets. To fully account for our adventures, a brief note on Korean History: The Three Kingdoms Period (57 BC – 668 AD) The peninsula was divided into three rival powers: Goguryeo (North), Baekje (Southwest/Jeju sector), and Silla (Southeast). This was a "Golden Age" of cultural exchange with China and Japan. Buddhism and Confucianism became the primary operating systems for society.
