Captain’s Log: Stardate 2026.04 — 2026.04.03  From Emerald Seas to Crimson Petals Location: Starbase Jeju, Sector 7 (South Korea) Status: systems fully operational, despite structural wear. The past two micro-cycles have been characterized by diverse cultural immersion and the observation of a fascinating local ritual known as “Dungeons & Dragons.” I monitored the session in all its chaotic glory. I have been invited to join the away team and look forward to committing to that adventure once my current coaching mission is complete. The Galactic Education Command (GEC) successfully mobilized for a formidable turnout at a local Irish-themed establishment. The sonic environment remained pleasant as the crew successfully secured a steady supply of Guinness.   Captain’s Log: Stardate 2026.03.06 – 2026.03.14 Location: Sector 25 (Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City) Status: Specialist Training / Diplomatic Mission The Red-Eye Transporter On March 6th, I plotted a course to Saigon to attend the ELLSA Conference (English Language Learning Specialists in Asia) at Saigon South International School . The mission began with a total statistical anomaly: I took a red-eye flight through Singapore and actually had an entire empty row to myself. In all my stardates of travel, I have rarely encountered such a luxurious spatial phenomenon. I documented the evidence immediately—it was the closest a civilian passenger comes to having private Captain’s Quarters. Fueling Up: Bánh Mì & Cà Phê Upon disembarking, my first priority was local fuel. I secured a Bánh Mì and a Vietnamese Coffee , which proved exactly what I needed.
